Summary

  • scope completion-summary ownership to each launched session lifecycle so non-fork resumes using the same public ID receive fresh follow-up wakes
  • preserve completion-summary dedupe history when stable persisted session rows are rewritten
  • cover an initial completion plus two sequential resumed completions, including duplicate suppression and origin routing

Verification

  • pnpm typecheck
  • focused lifecycle, notification, persistence, routing, worktree, merge, goal, failure, and Crabbox integration tests
  • pnpm verify (95 test files passed)

Activation

  • repository changes only; plugin was not installed or deployed and Gateway was not restarted
